Great read… but Software Engineering is broad, ML engineer will still be in existence as long as Ai is. Adding machine learning to a software engineer job role should be particular to a company that relies heavily on Ai product delivery. One thing I will like to point out is that not all software engineers are interested in the development of Ai products. The final product in both fields is software.
